Part-Wheat Pizza Crust
1 C. Warm Water
2 1/2 tsp. Yeast
1 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1 1/2 C. White Flour
1 C. Whole Wheat Flour
1 Tbsp. Vital Wheat Gluten
Mix in order. Let rise about 20-30 minutes, if desired.
Makes 1 large crust.
